Written in Naskhī by ʿIzzat for the Royal Library جزينة همايون at Constantinople; fully vowelled; gold borderlines, red headings. Fol. 1v: headpiece with elaborate floral motifs in red, orange, and pink on blue and red grounds, with red and blue verticals above. This is framed with gold, blue and pink lines and there is a gilded cartouche below. Fol.45v-46r: gilded motif around the colophon and date

Binding

Contemporary brown leather binding with gold interlocking 'grill' design. Its frame is stamped with S-shapes.

Origin: Dated 1222. AH
