Summary of Contents: 1 copy of Kitāb fī ʿilm al-ṭibb by Abū al-Ḥasan ʿAlī ibn ʿAbdallāh al-Qurashī, dates unknown

A miscellaneous medical work. It is divided into two parts and contains some ancdotes and poetical pieces. The first part is from fol. 1v-78r, and the second part from fol. 78r to the end. The second part is divided into 4 maqālahs, subdivided into bābs. The work purports to be according to the doctrine of Hippocrates, but many other ancient philosophers are pressed into service.
