This is a collection of the Hippocratic lemmata of Ḥunayn's version thematically arranged based on Ibn Abī Ṣādiq's thematic commentary. The introduction begins on p. 2. The beginning of each chapter is as follows: ch. 1: 2; ch. 2: 3; ch. 3: 5; ch. 4: 8; ch. 5: 9; ch. 6: 12; ch. 7: 20; (ch. 8 is missing); ch. 9: 24; (ch. 10 is missing); ch. 11: 26; ch. 12: 26; ch. 13: 144a; ch. 14: 27; ch. 15: 29; ch. 16: 31; (chs. 17-20 are missing).
