Summary of Contents: Dār al-Kutub, MS 4751 tibb is a modern copy (1942) of Damascus, Maktabat al-Asad 3152. This codex consists of two parts.

This is a lemmatically arranged commentary. The introduction begins on p. 2; the beginning of each Book is as follows: Bk1: p. 4; Bk2: p. 34; Bk3: p. 84; Bk4: p. 119 (in p. 145, line 14, iv. 14 ends). Afterwards, the copy is missing several pages: p. 145, line 14: middle of i.4-16 p. 154: vii. 44 p. 155: vi. 35 p. 159: vii. 50-end. It is a copy of Ibn ʾAbī Ṣādiq's commentary although on the front page, this copy is entitled "The second part of Hippocrates' Prognostics and ʿAbd al-Laṭīf al-Baǧdādī's Commentary on it".
