Summary of Contents: This manuscript contains commentary on the book of Aphorisms attributed to Hippocrates.

Original manuscript in Majlis-i Shurá-yi Islāmī Library.

This is a Persian version of Ibn Abī Ṣādiq's commentary (i.e., Arabic lemmata, and Persion translation of the lemmata and Ibn Abī Ṣādiq's commentary). The first few folios are missing; MS starts in the middle of i. 1; the beginning of each Book is as follows: Bk2: 25a; Bk3: 48b; Bk4: 68b; Bk5: 104a; Bk6: 139a; Bk7: 172b; Then it ends at a middle of comm. on vii. 56; last few folios are missing.
