Original manuscript in Maʿhad al-turāṯ alʿilmī al-ʿarābī.
The front matter attributes the text to Palladius (fl. C. 6th century) although recent scholarship contests that (see Pormann et al, 2018). It contains commentaries on the following aphorisms:: 1, 4, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16 and 17; II: 1 and 2, 9, 15, 19.
One column with 21 lines per page.
The text is written in Maghribi.
Provenance and Acquisition
The provenance of the manuscript is unknown. Lebanese physician and historian of medicine Sami Haddad purchased it in 1935.
