Summary of Contents: This manuscript contains commentary on the book of Aphorisms attributed to Hippocrates.

Original manuscript in Maʿhad al-turāṯ alʿilmī al-ʿarābī.

The front matter attributes the text to Palladius (fl. C. 6th century) although recent scholarship contests that (see Pormann et al, 2018). It contains commentaries on the following aphorisms:: 1, 4, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16 and 17; II: 1 and 2, 9, 15, 19.
