This manuscript contains commentary on the book of Aphorisms attributed to Hippocrates. This is a lemmatically arranged commentary. The first several folios are missing, so the beginning of the copy is a middle of comm. on i. 5. The beginning of each of Bk2-7 is as follow: Bk 2: f. 24a; Bk 3: f. 57a; Bk 4: f. 80a; Bk 5: f. 123b; Bk 6: f. 151a; Bk 7: f. 201b. Folios 63 and 66 are missing.
