Summary of Contents: This manuscript contains a commentary on the book of Aphorisms attributed to Hippocrates.

This is a lemmatically arranged commentary. The introduction begins on f. 1b; the beginning of each Book is as follows: Bk1: 2a (between f. 9 and f. 10 several folios are missing, so the copy lacks comm. on i. 12 to ii. 45); Bk3 (mislabeled "Bk2"); Bk4: 22a (between f. 43 and f. 44, a few folios are missing, so the copy lacks comm. on iv. 81-v.32); Bk6: 62b; Bk7: 101a. The copy is incomplete; quite a few folios are missing.

Origin: The copy is unnamed and undated. Sbath estimates the date of copying as 14th century CE.
