This is a thematically arranged collection of the Hippocratic lemmata of Ḥunayn's version in 12 chapters. The introduction begins on f. 1b and the table of contents is in ff. 1b-3a. The beginning of each chapter is as follows: Ch 1: 3b; Ch 2: 3b; Ch 3: 16a; Ch 4: 18a; Ch 5: 21a; Ch 6: 25a; Ch 7: 29a; Ch 8: 31b; Ch 9: 32b; Ch 10: 34a; Ch 11: 35b; Ch 12: 38a.
