This is a Syro-Arabic version of the Hippocratic Aphorisms, of which the Arabic is taken from Ḥunayn's version. The beginning of each Book is as follows: Bk 1: 29b; Bk 2: 34b; Bk 3: 41b; Bk 4: 50b; Bk 5: 66a; Bk 6: 78a; Bk 7: 85b.

Origin: The copy was completed in 10th October 1205 C.E.; 17th Safar 602 A.H. by Bahnām ibn al-Ḥaddād.
