This is a Judaeo-Arabic MS of Ḥunayn ibn Ishaq's Translation of Galen's commentary on the Hippocratic Aphorisms. The beginning of each Book is as follows: Bk1: 8a; Bk2: 25b; Bk3: 44a; Bk4: 59a; Bk5: 81b; Bk6: 99b. It is incomplete, ending in the middle of comm. on lemma vi. 5.

The text is written in Sephardic cursive calligraphic script.
Marginalia: The copy has been collated with the exemplar as well as with another manuscript. The copyist has entered many corrections in the margins.
