Original manuscript in El Escorial.
This is Ḥunayn ibn Ishaq's Translation of Galen's commentary on the Hippocratic Aphorisms. It lacks the whole of book 1 and the first few folios of book 2; it starts from a middle of comm. on lemma ii. 1. The beginning of each Book is as follows: Bk3: 28a; Bk4: 51a; Bk5: 85a; Bk6: 111a; Bk7: 138b.

The text is written in maghribi.
The copy has been collated with the exemplar as well as with another manuscript. The copyist has entered many corrections in the margins (sometimes marked with صح), and has noted some variant readings from another manuscript (marked with اخ (i.e., نسخة أخرى "another manuscript"); e.g. f. 42a and 58a). In f. 38a, 38b, and 66a, the copyist has added the collation note (بلغ "finished [the collation]") in the margin. Throughout the copy, at least another three annotators noted in the margin: annotator A on fol. 11b, 51b, 116a; annotator B on fol. 14b, 54b (with ط "in a marginal note"), 94b, 101a, 114a, 115a; and annotator C on fol. 69a, 73a, 115b.
