Summary of Contents: This manuscript contains commentary on the book of Aphorisms attributed to Hippocrates.

Original manuscript in El Escorial.

This is a lemmatically arranged commentary. The introduction begins on f. 2b; the beginning of each Book is as follows: Bk1: 3b; Bk2: 25b; Bk3: 46b; Bk4: 62a; Bk5: 90a; Bk6: 115a. On f. 120b, it ends in the middle of vi. 14; the last three folios (ff. 121-123) written by another hand do not contain Ibn Abī Ṣādiq‏'s commentary.
