Specimens of calligraphy, in both Persian and Arabic, including leaves from various Qur'āns, some with interlinear Persian translation, two two farmāns of the Mughal Emperor Muḥammad Shāh, dated 1153 and 1157, a farmān of ‘Ālamgīr II, ‘Ālamgīr II, dated 1167 and one of Aḥmad Shāh Durrānī Aḥmad Shāh Durrānī, dated 1181

The specimens are written by ‘Alī Qulī, in 1188 Muṣṭafá ‘Alī, in 1199 Javāhir-qalam, in 1085, Khāksār Muḥammad Ṣubḥānī, in 1199 and Zayn al-‘Ābidīn in 1207

The earliest example is dated 1054 and the latest are two marriage contracts of 1267 and 1276
