A manual of Indian cookery, as practiced in the kitchens of Nawwab Islam Khan Bahadur, perhaps the same person as the governor and minor poet Ziya al-Din Nawwab Islam Khan Bahadur (d. 1074/1663-4). Compiled by Basant Ram Ra'i. This work is identical with Berlin (Sprenger 1919), except that it has a short preface. The present copy was transcribed from an original in the possession of Mir Nasir 'Ali Khan of Gurgaon.
