Tract on identifying compound medicines.

The basmala and colophon of this copy were transcribed by different hands, so were probably added at a later stage. There are leaves missing at the beginning and end of the MS.

Text mentions the name Ibn Zuhr, ʻAbd al-Malik ibn Abī al-ʻAlāʾ, d. 1162.
