Summary of Contents: رسالة في آداب البحث وغيره An Arabic treatise on the Ethics of Controversy (Adabu'l-Baht), followed by
glosses on the same. The treatise (ff. 1-5) appears to be that of as-Samarqandi
(d. 690/1291: see Brockelmann, vol. 1, p. 468, and Ahlwardt's Berlin Arabic
Catalogue, vol. IV, pp. 519-520, Nos. 5272-3), while the glosses seem to be those
of Mas'úd ar-Rúmí (d. 840/1436: see Brockelmann, loc. cit., and Ahlwardt, loc. cit.,
Nos. 5275 et seqq.) or one of his commentators. Ff. 46 of 18.6 x 12.2 cm and 15-17 ll.; poor but clear nasta'liq with rubrications;
