An anonymous manual of cookery, based on recipes used in Shahjahan's kitchens in ten aqsam. The colophon incorrectly calls this work Khan [Khvan]-i ni'mat which is the title of a well known work by Niʻmat Khān ʻAlī.
An imperfect copy, lacking some folios at the beginning of a work of pharmacopoeia. It is ascribed to 'Alawi Khan in the colophon but is identical with the Khulasat qawanin al-'ilaj by Hakim 'Ali Riza.
