A revision of * Shifāʼ al-asqām fī waḍʻ al-sāʻāt ʻalá al-rukhām of Abū al-ʻAbbās Aḥmad ibn ʻUmar al-Ṣūfī late 13th cent.
Whence the authorʼs full name appears as Zayn al-Dīn ʻAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad, known as Ibn al-Muhallabī, al-Muwaqqit. He is therefore presumably the Zayn al-Din ʻAbd al-Raḥmān al-Muwaqqit of Brock. S1, p. 798, no. 78
