Summary of Contents: An incomplete abridgement of the Dah Majlis (Ten Assemblies) in alternating prose and verse, anonymously redacted from the Rawz̤at al-Shuhadā’ (Garden of Martyrs) of Ḥusayn Vāʻiẓ Kāshifī, (d. ca. 1504) related biographcial accounts of the family of the Prophet that especially highlights afflictions endured by Ḥusayn bin ‘Alī and those loyal to him at the Battle of Karbala. The volume lacks a title and preface and opens abruptly with the first Majlis on 1a and then continues with not just ten, but fourteen majālis.
